⁷⁵ Matera (1992), 100–1, has acutely observed that the genitives in Gal. 2: 16 are pointless unless they are intended to be subjective, and noted the strict parallelism between ek pisteôs Christou (Gal. 2: 16; 3: 22; Rom. 3: 26) and ek pisteôs Abraam (Rom. 4: 16) which is certainly subjective.
