IFC Mall

The IFC Mall is next to Hong Kong’s tallest building, Two IFC. With 200 shops containing mainly high-end brands set over three levels, the IFC Mall has become Hong Kong’s preeminent shopping destination. This is a world of contemporary, curving shapes and an atmosphere that borders on sterility, but which nevertheless has proved to be a magnet for the hip, well-heeled shopper. The mall is anchored by Lane Crawford’s flagship store, which covers 80,000 sq. ft., with a distinctive interior created by design house Yabu Pushelberg that is a fusion of fashion, art and architecture. Various pieces of modern art are on display in the store, including sculptures by Hirotoshi Sawada and Dennis Lin. Other notable features are the one-stop shop for Agnes b, called “agnes b. LA LOGGIA”, which covers 15,000 sq. ft. and is indeed a marvellous sight for Agnes b. devotees. As well as fashion, the location contains Fleuriste (florist), La Maison sur L’eau (travel concept store), Le Pain Grille (restaurant) and Delices (chocolate boutique). The cooler, hipper brand shops are found generally on the top floor, including the so-called “denim zone” which bunches together designer denim brands 7 For All Mankind, Evisu, True Religion and Lucky Brand Jeans. The IFC Mall also contains the world’s third Puma Black store (after New York and Tokyo) which fuses sport with fashion, based on collaborations with leading fashion designers such as Alexander McQueen, Sergio Rossi and Schedoni. The ground floor is where you will find a range of beauty and cosmetics shops. And if you want to take an escapist break from all the shops, or need a destination to meet back at in 2–3 hours, the IFC Mall houses an excellent five-screen cinema which has the reputation of being the most comfortable in Hong Kong.
