QUICK PREP TIP: Unstuffing Chicken Cordon Bleu


For simpler Chicken Cordon Bleu, we skip stuffing the chicken. Instead, we wrap it with ham and top it with cheese. To wrap chicken, stack 2 slices of ham on counter, slightly overlapped, and place chicken breast in center of slices. Fold ham ends neatly over chicken breast and press on overlapping ends to adhere.
