ON THE SIDE: Sesame Rolls


Cut 1 pound pizza dough into 4 equal pieces and roll into balls. Arrange on well-oiled baking sheet, brush lightly with beaten egg, and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons sesame seeds and salt. Bake in 350-degree oven until golden, about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 large rolls.
