Kilimanjaro Safaris

image

Fastpass+: Yes

Minimum Height: None

On-ride photo: No

Ride length: 15 to 22 minutes

Average wait times: 30 to 60 minutes

Traverse the world’s largest man-made savannah, spanning 110 acres on-board Kilimanjaro Safaris.

Join your guide for a ride on a safari-style truck and get closer to the animals than you ever thought possible at a theme park.

Make sure you bring your camera as you may just get to see hippos, giraffes, monkeys, zebras, lions and more on this unpredictable adventure. It really is different every single time.

The queue line for this attraction is tedious, so we recommend you make a FastPass+ reservation if possible.

Top Tip: The animals are most active in the morning before it gets too hot, or straight after it rains.

Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail

See gorillas, monkeys, meerkats, birds and more in this self-guided walkthrough attraction.

This is a relaxing change from the long waits of many of the major attractions at this park. Here you can take the animals in at your own pace.

Wildlife Express Train

This is more a method of transport between Africa and Rafiki’s Planet Watch than an actual attraction.

There are a few minor things to see along the way and it is a good place to rest for a few minutes or to seek shelter from the rain.
