The Juices chapter is one of my absolute favorites. Green juice in the morning, a juice right after a hard workout, a juice just when you want a juice—juices are everywhere. I love juicing, and dropped 20 pounds doing it. If you don’t have a juicer, you can even blend your produce and then strain it through a nut milk bag.
