Brekky is said to be the most important meal of the day. Usually, I tuck into a Sadhana wake-up call first thing, then enjoy 1–2 litres of my Erryday green smoothie. But when I’m feeling like a non-liquid breakfast, or if I’m meeting a friend, I turn to one of the dishes in this chapter. Many of them are inspired by the traditional favourites that we all know and love — minus the filler ingredients and refined sugar, and made only with organic plant-based wholefoods, of course!
