Breakfast Trifles
Serves 4
Here’s an awesomely quick and nutritious breakfast if you need to eat on the road. Just layer everything in a mason jar and you’re good to go.
Chia pudding
4 tablespoons chia seeds
500 ml (17 fl oz/2 cups) Choc-cashew mylk
For the other layers
1 batch Raspberry chia jam
1 batch Coconut yoghurt
120 g (4¼ oz/1 cup) Sadhana original-blend grawnola
300 g (10½ oz/2 cups) sliced strawberries
