Yogini’s Green Smoothie

Especially delicious after a yoga class, this super-refreshing green smoothie is loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants, and contains healthy fats and protein. The lucuma serves as a natural sweetener and hormone regulator.
2 kiwi fruit, peeled
190 g (6¾ oz/1 cup) dried apricots
100 g (3½ oz/½ cup) chopped frozen banana
225 g (8 oz/1 cup) peeled and chopped orange segments
40 g (1½ oz/1 cup, tightly packed) chopped cos (romaine) lettuce
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon lucuma powder
300 ml (10½ fl oz) filtered alkaline water
