Chocolate Fudge Sauce
makes 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup)
This decadent sauce looks beautiful on a white plate, served alongside your favourite sweets. You can also blend about 4 tablespoons of the sauce with your favourite nut mylk for a delicious chocolatey drink. I also love to drizzle this on fresh berries for a rich yet healthy treat.

4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon carob powder
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
