When you feel that tickle in your throat, here’s a tonic that will help soothe it, while giving your immunity a bit of a boost.
450 ml (16 fl oz) Superfood tea base
juice of 1 lemon
2.5 cm (1 inch) knob of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons coconut nectar
