MUESLI
For a great, nutritious quick breakfast at home, office or on the go, I recommend Muesli
SERVES 1
1 serving (6-8 oz.) plain low fat yogurt
½ c. raw oats (¼ c. for women)
1 c. fresh or ½ c. dried fruit (I use berries or berry mixes)
1 tsp. raw honey (optional, unless on GS! program)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
Combine ingredients and mix together
