GUACAMOLE

Avocado. The butter pear, restaurant style

SERVES 4

2 ripe avocados, cut in half, pitted and scooped out and mashed with a fork

1 tomato, diced

½ white onion, diced

½ lime, juiced

3 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

½ tsp. sea salt

Dash black pepper

Method

Cut avocados in half, remove pit and scoop out avocado and mash in a bowl with a fork

Add tomatoes, onions, cilantro, squeeze ½ lime, salt and pepper

Mix and serve
