VEGETABLE PLATTER
Low cal snacking at it’s best, get those vegetables every chance you get!
SERVES 6
Choose any of your favorite vegetables, use a nice array of colors, I use:
1 bag baby carrots
2 large heads of broccoli, cut
1 head cauliflower
1 box of cherry tomatoes
1 large cucumber, sliced
Method
On a large dish or tray, arrange vegetables
Serve with our hummus or dill dip recipe
