NO BAKE PROTEIN BARS

This is a popular recipe that I have seen many places, a great sweet healthier snack or treat for kids (and us 12825.png)

2 c. creamy almond butter, cashew butter or tahini

2⁄3 c. honey or maple syrup

½ c. applesauce

2 c. vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder (or mix vanilla and chocolate)

1 c. oats

½ c. flax, sesame or chia seeds

Preheat oven to 375
