COBB SALAD

A restaurant favorite

SERVES 4

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped

3 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped

3 tomatoes, diced

4 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

1 medium sized avocado, peeled and sliced into small cubes

½ c. feta cheese crumbles

1 loaf fresh bread from bakery, sliced

Sea salt and black pepper for seasoning

Method

Arrange chopped romaine equally in 4 bowls

Start on one end, laying avocado down, then a line of tomatoes, then your chicken, then feta, and finally your chopped bacon

Season with a few dashes of sea salt and pepper

Serve with a slice or two of fresh bread
