CARNE ASADA

SERVES 6
2lbs flank or skirt steak
Marinade:
1/3 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
2 limes juiced
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped
½ tsp. fresh orange juice, optional
Method
Mix marinade and steak in a bowl, coating steak completely
Cover bowl in plastic wrap or with a lid for 1-3 hours
Cook at medium heat on a skillet or grill, season with sea salt and black pepper
Cook for a few minutes on each side, set aside for a few more minutes to rest and slice
Warm tortillas, if desired, on the skillet and assemble!
