BAKED FISH

Great for first time chefs, serve with brown rice or quinoa, and lightly steamed vegetables

SERVES 4

1 lb. of your favorite white fish

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. lemon juice

½ tsp. sea salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

¼ tsp. paprika

Method

Preheat oven to 375

Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and place fish on sheet skin side down

Mix oil, lemon juice and spices and drizzle over fish

Bake for 15–18 minutes
