Healthy Chinese, continued…

SERVES 6

12 oz. angel hair whole grain pasta cooked as directed on package

1 8 oz. cooked chicken breast boneless and skinless, chopped

2” ginger minced

4-5 cloves garlic minced

2 c. bean sprouts

2 red bell pepper chopped

2 tbsp. sesame oil

1 ½ c. snow peas (regular frozen peas are fine too)

2 c. sliced mushrooms

6 scallions sliced

½ c. tamari

Method

Heat a large pan or wok on high heat, when hot add oil, then immediately add peas, mushrooms, scallions, peppers and sprouts, stir fry for 1-2 minutes

Add ginger and garlic and stir fry for 2-3 minutes

Add noodles and toss to combine

Add tamari and toss cooking for 2-3 minutes

Add chicken, tossing again and then serve
