2 c. sprouted flour

1 c. buttermilk

2 tbsp. butter, softened

4 tsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. baking soda

¾ tsp. sea salt

Method

Preheat oven to 450

In a large bowl combine ingredients, mix well until the dough comes together, it will be sticky

Dust hands with flour and take out about a 1 inch (large tablespoon sized) piece and roll into a ball

Place onto a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tall and golden on top
