DESSERTS

Desserts are a tough call. For some of my clients, it is hard to have them around. They either eat too much or have them too often. The problem today is that our foods, desserts especially, are far too stimulating and make us only want more. My Chocolate Cake (below), for example, got a lot of scrutiny from my professional chefs for not being chocolaty enough or sweet enough. This recipe is perfect and I challenge you to get your taste buds back to where they should be. I have a piece of this cake or one cupcake and it fulfills and satisfies as a treat without making me want more. This is how food was meant to be. Do you really think Adam and Eve had fruit eating contests? Or gorged themselves on apples and bananas? Remember, Getting Skinny! The Organic Way is not just a new look, it’s a new feeling. This is the way to look and feel great, without feeling like you are missing out on something. Take a good look at all the things that make you want more of them. Most of them are keeping you from where you want to, and need to be.
