CREAMY NUT BUTTER DIP

Use celery or fruit slices for dipping, or just eat with a spoon…

6 oz. plain Greek low-fat yogurt

1 tbsp. your favorite nut butter or 2 tbsp. organic peanut butter powder

½ tbsp. maple syrup or honey

1-2 tsp. cinnamon
