POWER PUDDING

Great for my athletes as a nighttime treat, snack, or after a workout! Try adding bananas, fruit or nuts…

SERVES 6

1/3 c. raw honey

3 tbsp. corn starch

3 c. 2% milk

¼ c. of vanilla or chocolate whey protein (or a scoop of each!)

Pinch of sea salt

TIP: If desired, add berries, sliced banana, or cinnamon after. Be creative!

Method

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium low heat, whisking often until warm

Keep whisking constantly until mixture starts to boil, then for 2 more minutes or until thickened

Remove from heat and pour into a glass bowl, cover with lid or plastic wrap

Refrigerate for 2 hours
