6 apples, cored and sliced

6 tbsp. organic sugar

3 tbsp. sprouted flour

½ c. raisins

½ c. walnuts, chopped

½ c. 2% milk

1 tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. nutmeg

¼ tsp. cloves

Method

Preheat oven to 350

Place sliced apples in a large bowl

In another bowl, mix all ingredients together

Add apples to mixture and coat all slices thoroughly

Spoon apples and mixture into a 9x13 baking dish

Bake for 50 minutes
