FRESH FROZEN FRUIT POPS

Options! Just use fruit, or use fruit and yogurt (optimal for GS! results)

SERVES 8

2 c. fresh fruit of your choice: berries, sliced bananas, pineapple, mango, etc.

2 c. plain low fat yogurt

1/8 c. honey or 1-2 packets of stevia

8 small paper cups

8 Popsicle sticks

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend together to desired consistency. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary

Pour contents into each paper cup, filling almost all the way up, leave about ½ inch from top

Cover all 8 cups with wax paper, cling wrap, or aluminum foil and poke Popsicle sticks through

Freeze for 4-5 hours
