ABOUT THE AUTHORS

ROBERT RUBIN spent twenty-six years at Goldman Sachs, rising to co–senior partner, before becoming director of the White House National Economic Council from 1993 to 1995, and U.S. Treasury Secretary from 1995 to 1999. He is currently a director of Citigroup. He and his wife, Judy, live in New York City, as do their two sons.
