1 brown rice tortilla (8″ diameter)
2 tablespoons crunchy natural unsalted peanut butter
¼ banana, sliced
½ teaspoon honey
Lay the tortilla on a work surface. Spread with the peanut butter. Cover with the banana slices and drizzle with the honey. Roll into a tube. Slice on the diagonal into 4 pieces.
