This delicious smoothie is a great midafternoon pick-me-up. It’s also delicious with almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.
2⁄3 cup light vanilla soy milk
¼ small banana
2 tablespoons creamy natural peanut butter
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 ice cubes
In a blender, combine the soy milk, banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and ice cubes. Process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
