For a dairy-free version, use unsweetened almond or coconut milk.
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
¾ cup 1% milk
½ cup gluten-free low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened slightly
½ Hass avocado, peeled, pitted, and cubed
1 tablespoon grated lime peel
3 ice cubes
In a blender, combine the blueberries, milk, yogurt, avocado, lime peel, and ice cubes. Puree for about 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve.
