¼ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon 1% milk
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1½ teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
¼ cup peeled, pitted, and chopped mango
In a food processor, combine the ricotta, milk, oil, honey, and orange peel. Pulse until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Top with the mango and serve at once.
