Chocolate Lover’s Delight
Cacao is a bean used to make chocolate and cocoa powder. These beans grow on small evergreen trees in Mexico and South America. You can eat cacao beans as a whole bean, broken down into nibs, or ground into powder. Cacao beans are packed with antioxidants, magnesium, and iron.

Ingredients
Mixed berries..... ½ cup, frozen
Avocado..... ½ medium ripe
Baby spinach.....1 cup
Cacao powder..... ¼ cup
Granulated Stevia....½ teaspoon
Vanilla powder.....pinch
Ice cubes..... 2 trays
Directions
In a blender, add the frozen berries, avocado, spinach, cacao powder, granulated stevia, vanilla, and ice cubes.
Blend all the ingredients on high speed and pour into bowls immediately. Serve cold.
You can also pour into ice cube trays and freeze for a hot day when you want a bit of cold chocolate.
