Inspired by spy movies and Cold War thrillers, we’ve devised a spread of seriously sophisticated snacks and cocktails: smoked fishes on black bread, buckwheat blini with caviar and crème fraîche, and a little—make that lots of—vodka and champagne. Bite-size desserts (chocolate truffles, mini cheesecakes, and more) ensure a sweet late-night send-off. SERVES 10
