Feta Cheese Dip

This creamy and sultry dip tastes so good with gluten-free pita bread, crackers, or crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

Makes 1 cup

13 cup crumbled feta cheese

14 cup lactose-free cream cheese

3 tablespoons Basic Mayonnaise (see Chapter 13)

14 cup chopped black olives

1 tablespoon lemon juice

116 teaspoon wheat-free asafetida powder

14 teaspoon dried oregano

14 teaspoon dried dill

14 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with to combine or use a stand mixer.
