This creamy and sultry dip tastes so good with gluten-free pita bread, crackers, or crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
Makes 1 cup
1⁄3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1⁄4 cup lactose-free cream cheese
3 tablespoons Basic Mayonnaise (see Chapter 13)
1⁄4 cup chopped black olives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄16 teaspoon wheat-free asafetida powder
1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
1⁄4 teaspoon dried dill
1⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with to combine or use a stand mixer.
