Vegetable and Cream Cheese Sandwich

Kids will love the creamy cream cheese, and they may forget it’s a vegetable sandwich!

Ingredients

Serves 1

1⁄2 tablespoon lactose-free cream cheese

1 gluten-free hamburger bun

1⁄8 medium avocado

3 slices cucumber

1⁄4 cup peeled and shredded carrot

1 large leaf romaine lettuce, cut in half (stem removed)

  1. Spread cream cheese on both sides of hamburger bun and place avocado on one side.
  2. Top one side with cucumber slices and top other with carrots and romaine. Put sandwich together and serve.
