This low-FODMAP sauce pairs well with some fish and seafood recipes in Chapter 8.
Ingredients
Makes 1⁄2 cup
3 tablespoons Basic Mayonnaise (see recipe in this chapter)
3 tablespoons lactose-free plain yogurt
1⁄16 teaspoon wheat-free asafetida powder
1 tablespoon relish
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Stir well with a spoon. If storing, place in a container with a tight-fitting lid in refrigerator up to 3 days.
