This earthy dressing has a taste of garlic from the asafetida powder and a bit of healthy turmeric, which has been used in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine for its many health benefits.
Ingredients
Makes about 3⁄4 cup
1⁄4 cup tahini
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Pinch kosher salt
1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a small blender or food processer blend all ingredients until completely combined. Store in an air-tight container in refrigerator for 3–4 weeks.
