21⁄2 cups pomegranate seeds
1⁄4–1⁄3 cup finely chopped cilantro
Juice of 1⁄2 medium lime
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1⁄8 teaspoon sea salt
