1 teaspoon freshly grated gingerroot

2 slices lemon

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon maple syrup

  1. Boil water and pour 34 into mug. Add ginger, lemon, cinnamon, and maple syrup and allow to steep 10 minutes.
  2. Add remaining 14 cup boiling water. Relax and sip slowly.
