Carrot Pineapple Ginger Juice

When you need some help getting your digestive tract moving, this juice is refreshing and delightful for the tummy.

Ingredients

2 cups pineapple chunks

1 large carrot, peeled and chopped

3 tablespoons freshly grated gingerroot

12 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Add all ingredients to a juicer or food processor. Blend well and strain through a sieve. Serve in glasses.
