Apricot & Almond Porridge

This is one of my all time favourite breakfasts as no added sugar is required for a naturally sweet porridge.

Serves 4

• 1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats

• 1/2 cup (80g) raw, unsalted almonds

• 10 dried apricots

• 1/2 cup (125g) almond milk

• 1 cup (250g) water

Place oats, almonds and apricots into the thermo bowl.
