Breakfast Risotto

If you have never made risotto for breakfast, you should. IT IS DELICIOUS, and in the Thermo ~ it is EASY!

Serves 4

• 1 cup (185g) Arborio rice

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

• 4 tablespoons (60g) sugar

• 1/2 cup (85g) sultanas

• 1 litre almond milk

Insert butterfly bar into the thermo bowl and add all ingredients.

TIP: A Thermo is a super machine for making dairy-free milks of all kinds. To make your own Almond Milk, place 1 cup (160g) almonds in 800g water and blend for 1 minute / speed 10. Strain into a large bowl. For a slightly thicker milk, use 250g almonds and 900g water. Store the strained almond milk in a glass jar in the refrigerator and the leftover pulp in the freezer for other recipes.
