Lady Coconut

Serves 4

• 3/4 cup (90g) moist coconut flakes

• 5 Medjool pitted dates

• 1/2 cup (80g) raw, unsalted almonds

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• 6 strawberries, washed and hulled

• 2 tablespoons (40g) blueberry yoghurt

Pop all the ingredients, except strawberries and yoghurt, into the thermo bowl.

Using the spatula, push the mixture down into the blades. Add strawberries.

Serve in a bowl or glass and dollop with blueberry yoghurt.
