Maple Spiced Breakfast Risotto

Serves 4

• 1/2 cup (90g) Arborio rice

• 1 cup (250g) water

• 2 pinches of salt

• 1 cup (250g) coconut milk

• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

• 2 tablespoons (40g) maple syrup (more to taste if desired)

• 2 teaspoons chia seeds

• 1 small banana, sliced

Add Arborio rice, water and salt to thermo bowl.

Add remaining ingredients (except banana).

After 6 minutes, remove the MC and add 3/4 of the banana. When the risotto is soft and cooked, pour into two bowls, stud with remaining banana and ENJOY.

OPTIONAL: Drizzle with maple syrup and a sprinkling of chia seeds to serve.
