Nutella Crepes

Makes 12

• 1 cup (250g) milk

• 1 cup (250g) water

• 1 cup (170g) plain flour

• 1 egg

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1 teaspoon nutmeg

• 1 tablespoon (15g) butter

• 4 tablespoons (80g) Nutella

Place the ingredients, except Nutella, into the thermo bowl.

Heat a 20cm crepe pan or small frying pan over a medium heat. Lightly grease with butter. Pour a quarter-cup of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat the entire base. Cook for 2 minutes or until golden and lacy. Flip and cook for a further 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter. Then as the French do, spread with Nutella … Bon Appétit!
