Power Porridge

Serves 4

• 1 cup (100g) rolled oats

• 1/4 cup (40g) raw, unsalted almonds

• 2 tablespoons chia seeds

• 1 cup (250g) milk

• 1 cup (250g) water

• 1/2 cup (75g) blueberries

Place oats, almonds and chia seeds into the thermo bowl.

Add the liquid.

In the last minute, remove the cap from the lid and add the blueberries. Serve immediately.

OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with a teaspoon of brown sugar or a drizzle of honey. This is a great start to power you through the day.
