• 1 cup (100g) rolled oats
• 1/4 cup (40g) raw, unsalted almonds
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1 cup (250g) milk
• 1 cup (250g) water
• 1/2 cup (75g) blueberries
Place oats, almonds and chia seeds into the thermo bowl.
