Smoothie Bowls

Serves 2

• 11/2 cups (200g) frozen mixed berries

• 11/2 bananas (use the remaining half to garnish)

• 2 tablespoons (30g) peanut butter (or almond butter)

• 2/3 cup (160g) water

• 12 ice cubes

Place all ingredients into the thermo bowl.

When thick and creamy, pour into a bowl and top with sliced banana.

OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with any of the following toppings; Granola, moist coconut flakes, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, goji berries, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds, almonds or pumpkin seeds.
