“Date Your Banana” Shake

Serves 2

• 2 cups (500g) almond milk

• 4 Medjool pitted dates

• 2 medium bananas, peeled and chopped

• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

• 10 ice cubes

Pop all ingredients into the thermo bowl.
