Apricot Balls

Makes approx. 20

• 200g dried apricots

• 1/2 cup condensed milk

• 1 cup (120g) moist coconut flakes

• 3/4 cup (90g) desiccated coconut

Into the thermo bowl, place the dried apricots.

Add condensed milk and moist coconut flakes.

When combined, roll the mixture into 2cm wide balls, roll in coconut, cover and refrigerate until required.

TIP: These delicious balls are perfect as a sweet treat in school lunchboxes so make double and freeze. They are also perfect to have on hand when someone drops in unexpectedly.
