Chocolate Slice

• 1 cup (100g) peanuts

• 250g Scotch Finger biscuits

• 375g milk chocolate melts

• 1/2 cup (115g) butter, cubed

Place the peanuts into the thermo bowl.

Using the spatula, push the peanuts down onto the blade. Add the biscuits.

Using the spatula, remove the mixture and set aside. Add the chocolate.

Add the butter.

Using the spatula pour the buttery chocolate into the biscuit mixture and mix thoroughly. Spoon the mixture into a paper-lined 28 x 18cm baking tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set. Allow the slice to warm slightly, then using a hot knife, cut to serve.
