• 1 cup (170g) pitted dates
• 3/4 cup (200g) crunchy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup (60g) moist coconut flakes
• 3 tablespoons (24g) cocoa powder
Place all the ingredients into the thermo bowl.

Using the spatula, push the mixture down into the blades.

Spoon the mixture into a paper-lined 20 x 10cm loaf tin. Smooth the top with the spatula (or back of a spoon). Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into bars. Keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
TIP: To make your own delicious, nutritious Peanut Butter (Better!). To make it crunchy simply reduce the mixing time by half or until you reach the desired consistency.
